Ranger Training Day 8

So i should posted yesterday but was busy w/ the big sales meeting we had in the office. So, yeah i was late by 4 mins. missed 1 lap around rittenhouse. pissed me off. vowed again that i would not be late, but this was the workout

no breaks, constant movement...
lap around rittenhouse
sets of 10, 15, 20, 25 - full situps, crunches, leg lifts, hip thrusts, bridge to plank, roach walk, bicycle
lap around rittenhouse
sets of 10, 15, 20, 25 - leaning push ups w/ run around frog walk in b/w each set
sets of 10, 15, 20, 25 - dips w/ run around frog walk in b/w each set
sets of 10, 15, 20, 25 - sit & stand w/ run around frog walk in b/w each set
lap around rittenhouse

yeah, tough. my hamstrings are very tight as well as ankles and my knees are sore. good work out though. somehow me and chewy fell behind, not sure how that happened. i think some peeps don't know how to count, but since we fell behind nate gave us the goal of trying to catch up to the peeps that started their last lap before us.. i thought to myself, no way... but was like, i'm doing this.... and i did. me and chewy lapped everyone but mighty mike who was pretty far out. KICK ASS!
