See how many sit ups you could do in 2min, 10 sec rest, 1 1/2min, 10 sec rest, 1 min, 10 sec rest, 30 sec
4 sets of 20 each foot: same foot and finger raised, touch finger to ground, dont let foot touch the floor. If foot hits floor 10 pushups
holy crap w/ the full sit ups. by my calculations i did appx 260 full sit ups. i think that was everything? yeah again, holy crap w/ the sit ups.. this was a light day by the way, but holy crap w/ the sit ups.
